There is not one human on the planet who can say they have never experienced a feeling of apprehension or anxiety, generally characterised as being nervous. All types of social situations, people and new experiences can all create that jittery, uneasy feeling that sometimes can almost make your stomach turn.
The possibility’s that come with positivity are endless. Once you are able to shift your thoughts and outlook on life you will find yourself acting and reacting differently to situations, which creates more opportunities, more prosperity, and a much happier life for yourself. It is a simple fact that ‘You are a better you when you are positive, strong and happy’.

It is not normally advised to flee from any situation. It is a sign of weakness, a sign of giving up and in many circumstances the worst way to deal with the issue. No one will advise running from your life responsibilities or running from your problems, it is always best to deal with things HEAD ON. If you have been given the responsibility to plan the work Christmas party – don’t fret, it doesn’t need to be as stressful as it sounds. When I first started working full time I was an Office Manager – which always meant the task of planning any work events fell at my feet. If you have read my post on ‘things that make me anxious’ you may remember that event planning is one of them. Hence, this specific task was not my favourite.
We’ve all done it, probably more than once in our lives and more than likely in our younger years, when our emotional maturity hasn’t quite peaked and those first flutters of love make everything else in the world seem unimportant.
